Vivero is an independentsinger-songwriter born in Bern, Switzerland, and living now in Fribourg. As a Troubadour he travels around the world with his guitar and harmonicas to share his self-composed music. Born on the 6th of august in the year 1988, Vivero grew up in Rüschegg, a wonderful small village in the mountains of Bern, Switzerland. Music has been part of his life since the age of 8 years, when he started to learn playing piano.  Over 12 years of piano lessons have given him a profound understanding in music and composing structures.

Vivero’s birth name is Roger Reber. His artist name Vivero contains the latin word vivere – which means simply to live. All songs are inspired through life happenings, and are coming directly from the heart. The Artist Name Vivero is also like a way of life – with a  profound, honest and positive view, appreciating the moment and share good moments together. Because: C’est la Vie.

Since the very beginning of 2016, Vivero begun to really live for his passion music. He bought his first Guitar and started to play every free minute in his winter garden. In June 2016, Vivero started to work as a bartender in the Bar LaBlonde, Fribourg. Not patient enough to wait for clients, he took his guitar and harmonica to work, and begun to play in the bar covered songs to attract people – which worked well. Suddenly, Vivero got bored to play all day the same covers, so he started to test his first self-composed song «In & Out» on audience. From then on, Vivero has written song after song.

Thanks to contacts in the bar LaBlonde, Vivero met the musician Leopold from B77. Together, in June 2017, they recorded the first single «Land of Dreams» and the album «In & Out», and released it on spotify and itunes. One long night in the bar, Vivero decided with some of his friends to make a YouTube movie for this song. So the the video «Land of Dreams» was born.

Since then, Roger Reber alias Vivero travels like a Troubadour around the world, and shares his music on the most beautiful places with the people – either inside a bar or outside in nature. Some of the moments are catched in live videos directly on Instagram.
